حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك في احسب معدلك وكل بياناته السحابية في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق مباشرة أو بطلب منا.
الحساب في احسب معدلك اختياري ويُستخدم فقط للمزامنة السحابية. إن لم تسجّل الدخول من قبل، فلا يوجد لديك حساب، وكل بياناتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فورية)
- افتح تطبيق «احسب معدلك».
- اذهب إلى تبويب «المزيد» ثم افتح «الحساب والمزامنة».
- اضغط «حذف الحساب والنسخة السحابية» ثم «حذف» للتأكيد.
- قد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى بحساب Apple أو Google للتأكد من هويتك.
يتم الحذف فوراً.
الطريقة الثانية: بطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إن لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً لديك، أرسل طلب الحذف إلىcontact.devyahia@gmail.comمن البريد المرتبط بحسابك، واذكر طريقة تسجيل الدخول (Apple أو Google). سنتحقق من الطلب ونحذف حسابك وبياناته خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

Delete your account (English)
Accounts in Calculate My GPA (احسب معدلك) are optional and only used for cloud sync. If you never signed in, you have no account and all your data is stored only on your device.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open the app and go to the "More" (المزيد) tab, then "Account & sync" (الحساب والمزامنة).
- Tap "Delete account and cloud copy" (حذف الحساب والنسخة السحابية), then "Delete" (حذف) to confirm.
- You may be asked to sign in with Apple or Google again to confirm it is you.
Option 2: by email
If the app is no longer installed, email contact.devyahia@gmail.comfrom the address linked to your account and say whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We will verify the request, delete your account and its data within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email, account ID) and the cloud copy of your semesters, courses and grades are permanently deleted, and Sign in with Apple access is revoked. Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the app. Pro purchases stay linked to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your identity and expire under Firebase's retention periods. Deletion is permanent.
