شروط الاستخدام

Terms of Use (English)

By using the Calculate My GPA (احسب معدلك) app or this website you agree to these terms.

The service

The app helps university students calculate and plan their semester and cumulative GPA using the grading scales of the supported universities.

Unofficial app

The app is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing any university it mentions. We aim for accurate grading scales and results, but they are for guidance only and may differ from or change with your university's rules. Your official GPA is the one issued by your university, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the app's results without verifying them. AI-generated tips are general suggestions, may contain mistakes and are not academic advice.

Account

Accounts are optional and used for cloud sync. You are responsible for securing the Apple or Google account you sign in with, and you can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

Pro and purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play and is tied to the store account used to buy it. Payments and refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's policies and are requested from them directly. You can restore purchases on your other devices from the Pro screen in the app.

Acceptable use, ads and intellectual property

Do not misuse the app or its services, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the services or redistributing the app without permission. The free version shows third-party ads; we are not responsible for advertised content. The app, its design, logo and content belong to its developer; university names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, including data loss. Please keep a backup of your data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the updated version applies once posted here. Contact: contact.devyahia@gmail.com.
